Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine

Maney Publishing will publish the Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine (JSCM) in partnership with the Academy of Spinal Cord Injury Professionals (Washington, USA), from 2011. The journal will be available online for the first time via IngentaConnect and will increase to six issues per year.

JSCM is aimed at spinal cord injury professionals including physicians, scientists, psychologists, social workers, researchers, nurses, and therapists. Its mission is to publish peer-reviewed articles encompassing the field of spinal cord medicine leading to excellence in practice, education, research, policy development, and academic administration. The JSCM has recently been underwritten and distributed by Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), which remains the major partner of ASCIP and sponsor of the journal.
