The International Bunch has announced the launch of its new on demand courses, one-to-one coaching and fractional CMO support, in addition to their marketing, strategic and research support.

‘Accelerate Your Learning’ courses are designed specifically to help individuals in the research community enhance their skills and knowledge quickly and efficiently in just a couple of hours. The courses, created by Lou Peck, CEO of The International Bunch, and Hannah Baldwin, Director of Marketing Success, with contributions from a range of expert collaborators, provide quality, practical content. Delivered via the Thinkific platform, each course takes just one to two hours to complete, making it accessible for busy professionals who need to upskill rapidly without a lengthy commitment.

Acknowledging the lack of uncertainty and reduced confidence in the research ecosystem workforce, The International Bunch individual coaching gives a safe space to talk and grow with experienced industry mentors. Offered in six or 12 sessions bundles with either Lou or Hannah, they can be split between the two to offer more variety and support.

A key area of growth is the need for flexible, time-limited strategic support through fractional CMO services, giving organisations CMO support at a fraction of the cost and making more of an impact in the organisation. This is aimed at supporting those with challenged budgets and the need for much-needed strategic direction in the short term.

Courses launching every month

Four on demand courses are available on launch – Understand the author article workflow, Master marketing budgets, Navigate customer experience principles and strategies, and Master customer personas.

New courses will be released every month, with many already in the pipeline, ensuring a continuous stream of relevant, up-to-date learning opportunities.

Supporting an industry in flux

Lou Peck, CEO of The International Bunch, says, “I've long been frustrated by the lack of on demand courses in our industry, especially beyond editorial-focused ones. With so much change and instability, I've seen countless redundancies and the loss of confidence among the affected and those left behind after restructures. People want to upskill quickly and stay relevant. We aim to complement what our member organisations offer by providing fast, practical courses that meet this need. I’m thrilled that our incredible team has turned this vision into reality, and we’re eager to keep building an ever-growing list of courses based on industry demand.”

Hannah Baldwin, Director of Marketing Success, says: “ We recognise that lifelong learning is critical, and because we are marketers ourselves, we also understand the challenges around this along with the particular skills marketers need to have. I’m so excited that we are launching this innovative new programme to meet the unique needs of all working in the research ecosystem.”
