Bibliotheca and Ex Libris collaborate

Bibliotheca has announced a global partnership with Ex Libris Group. Bibliotheca develops library RFID technology, while Ex Libris provides library automation solutions. The agreement will enable Ex Libris to provide seamless integration between Ex Libris solutions and Bibliotheca’s circulation, security and materials management products, say the companies.

Shai Robkin, Bibliotheca’s managing director with responsibility for the company’s North and South American operations, commented: 'Our partnership with Ex Libris is a win for all parties – for Bibliotheca, for Ex Libris, and most important, for our customers. Bibliotheca has worked with Ex Libris for a number of years now, but this agreement will align our technical developments and integrate them tightly to bring enhanced products to the library community.'
